We want you to love your Cuyana pieces for years to come, so we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that Monogrammed items and Final Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
